With an abundance of lavender seeds from the garden and a lifelong love of honey, the temptation to incorporate these wonderful aromas and flavours into a bread was further encouraged after reading French baker Richard Bertinet’s book ‘Dough’.

Toasted with a spread of good butter gives the taste buds a walk around the garden!

This is sure to become a regular on the Ivy Cottage To Do list.
