Bakery Bits

Full of flavour with simple available ingredients (use a good quality extra virgin olive oil), this bread has a crunchy crust, it’s great on its own or smothered in butter. Lightly toasted takes it to another level and brings out the full flavour of the olive oil and the rosemary.
